Review Lottery Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility

  • The Review Lottery is open to all clients who leave a review on either Google Reviews or Glowday Reviews.
  • Reviews must be genuine and relate to a completed treatment or service provided by WRINKLESS.
  • Reviews can be submitted at any time; they do not need to be left within the current quarter to qualify.


2. How It Works

  • One review is randomly selected each quarter to win a £50 voucher redeemable toward any treatment at WRINKLESS.
  • The random selection is conducted using a random number generator. Reviews are counted sequentially, starting with Google Reviews, followed by Glowday Reviews.
  • A review cannot be selected more than once. However, if a client has left multiple reviews (e.g., for different treatments), each review is treated as a separate entry and has its own chance of being selected.


3. Voucher Details

  • The £50 voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • The voucher can be redeemed against any treatment offered by WRINKLESS.
  • The voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The voucher can be used in conjunction with other offers, such as referral rewards or discounts.


4. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of booking.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another review may be selected at random.


5. General Conditions

  • WRINKLESS reserves the right to verify the authenticity of reviews and disqualify entries deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
  • The decision of WRINKLESS regarding the winner is final and binding.


6. Privacy

  • By participating, entrants agree to their first name and the initial of their surname being used in announcements related to the Review Lottery.
  • Personal contact details will not be shared or used for any purpose other than winner notification.



7. Changes to Terms

  • WRINKLESS reserves the right to amend or cancel the Review Lottery at any time without prior notice.
